After Simon Bühler took over the Capetta kitchen in June 2016, we have slightly revamped the menu. You can choose from a variety of authentic local dishes deeply rooted in the Grisons region and hearty meals with that particular touch of winter-cuisine. Our offers of the day and half-board options also feature creations from more distant parts of the world, carefully prepared and subtly arranged. You’re sure to be spoilt in the most tasteful of ways.
Our menu offers a choice of à la carte dishes, refreshing beverages, carefully selected wines and even masterpieces of expert distilling.
Guests with half-board will be served a 4-course dinner including soup, salad, main and dessert. A true delight.
All ingredients are sourced locally as much as possible, taking into account seasonal offers and conditions.
